You order, we assess your song and give you an answer. If we accept it, you get an order summary with a payment link - only then do you pay, and we get to work on the dates in your order summary.

01At checkout, tell us about your song
Here you fill in your artist name, a link to the song, your Spotify profile and what you want to achieve. It takes about three minutes. No payment happens at this step - no card, nothing.

02We listen and make a decision
We listen to your song and look at your profile. We consider whether we can do a good job with this particular material - and we say no when we don't think we can.

03Accepted? Then you get a payment link
If we accept your order, we send you an order summary with a payment link. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and if you'd rather have an invoice, just get in touch. Work starts after your payment, on the date in your order summary, and then you get regular updates until the final report.

04What we say yes to -
and what we say no to
We're open about where the bar is, so you don't have to guess. These are guidelines, not rules set in stone - never hesitate to send your song in anyway.
What we're happy to take on
- A fully mixed and mastered song
- Released music that is already on Spotify
- A clear genre we can match with the right outlets
- An artist who's ready to put in work alongside us
- A realistic release date, ideally 1-6 weeks away
- The rights are in order
What we say no to
- Demos and unfinished mixes
- Material that infringes copyright
- Inappropriate lyrics
- Artists who have already bought fake streams
- Songs without distribution - they need to be with a distributor
- Songs we simply don't think we can do a good job with - we can't always say exactly why
About the process
Still not sure? Send us your question and we'll read it. If we have time to reply, we'll be honest, even when the answer is that you shouldn't buy anything from us.
It costs you nothing. We email you our decision. We can't always give a reason - sometimes the song just isn't right for us at the moment. A no for one song doesn't mean we'll say no to the next.
Only once we've accepted your order and you've paid. Until then, you can pull out free of charge, and we can say no.

Yes. Get in touch and we'll add them to your existing order, so you don't need to place a new one.
